French 75

Writer's picture: Jenny FelecianoJenny Feleciano

The French 75 has everything you could ever want in a happy hour drink. Light and refreshing? Check. Bubbly and fun? Double check! Dating back to World War I and named after a French 75 mm artillery gun, this drink is as dainty as it is lethal. The cocktail gods were certainly smiling down on us when this was created. Typically served as an aperitif, the blend of ingredients in the French 75 create a crisp, invigorating cocktail that will quench your thirst, while at the same time leave you wanting more!
